Responsibilities
- Work closely with the product manager and dev team to gather, clarify, and document requirements
- Help translate business needs into clear technical specs and flows
- Perform system analysis: APIs, data flows, service interactions
- Create and maintain clean, structured documentation (Confluence, diagrams, specs)
- Think through edge cases, suggest solutions, spot risks early
- Act as a bridge between business and tech - speak both languages
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a system / business analyst
- Background in fintech or related industries
- Solid understanding of client-server architecture, APIs, data models
- Fluent or strong English (Upper-Intermediate+)
- Curiosity about crypto / Web3 (professional experience not required, but interest matters)
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Postman, Figma
- Strong communication skills: structured thinking, clarity in writing and speaking
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, startup-like environments
Nice to have:
- Experience in product analytics or working closely with product teams
- Previous work in startups, especially early-stage
