Hey! We’re YouHodler, a fast-growing Web3 fintech company. Since 2018, we've been building one of Europe's top financial apps, blending traditional money with crypto. As a leading member of the Crypto Valley Association (Switzerland), we’re expanding fast and launching new products in 2025. To power our growth, we need a Data Engineer to enhance our data infrastructure and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize ETL pipelines to ensure smooth data flow into our Azure Data Warehouse
- Work with dbt to model and structure data efficiently
- Set up Metabase dashboards and support data-driven decisions
- Load data into SQL using Python or C#
- Work closely with product and IT teams to maintain data quality
- Support 1C data loads and manage user permissions when needed
Requirements
- 1.5–2 years of data engineering experience
- Strong SQL, ETL, Azure Data Factory skills
- Experience with dbt, BI tools (Metabase, etc.)
- Understanding of data modeling & warehousing concepts
- Problem-solving mindset and team spirit
Nice to Have
- Experience with Python / C#
- Knowledge of CI/CD, data security
- Interest in blockchain and 1C systems
