Now, as we gear up for big launches and new directions in 2025, we’re expanding our presence in the web3 space - including our community. That’s why we’re looking for a proactive, creative, and experienced Discord Manager to help us grow, engage, and energize our Discord community.

Responsibilities
- Own and manage the day-to-day operations of our Discord server – from moderation and structure to events and conversations
- Drive community growth and engagement, turning Discord into an active hub for users, supporters, and crypto enthusiasts
- Proactively initiate campaigns, content ideas, and community activities to boost retention and participation
- Occasionally support activity and engagement on Telegram and X (Twitter) when needed
- Collaborate with internal teams and report directly to the Head of Growth
Requirements
- Fluent, near-native English – excellent written and verbal communication is a must
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing Discord communities, preferably in the crypto/Web3 space
- Strong grasp of online culture, community dynamics, and what drives engagement
- In-depth knowledge of the crypto industry (DeFi, NFTs, L2s, memecoins—you get it)
- Self-starter mentality – someone who doesn’t wait for instructions but brings fresh ideas and executes them independently.
- Ability to analyze community feedback and sentiment to improve engagement and structure.
